PSD Family and Community Transition Resource Fair

PSD Students, families and teachers, come to the Northside Aztlan Community Center to learn more about PSD and local community resources, 40+ tables including:

• PSD Special Education Advisory Committee
• PSD Transition Pathways and PSD Future Ready
• Local Community Resources
  • Foothills Gateway
  • PEAK Parent Center
  • Division of Vocational Rehabilitation
  • Arc of Larimer County
  • And many more!
• Hear from a panel of individuals with lived experience sharing their journey from high school to post school life.

Dinner and childcare provided. 

Schedule:

5-6 pm Sensory friendly vendor hour (low lights, limited to 20 individuals visiting)

6-6:30 pm Panel focused Dinner and Childcare Provided

6:30-8 pm Open to all
