TOPIC: Infectious Disease Pathology, Epidemiology and Careers in Public Health

The Health Occupations Promoting Equity consists of six monthly sessions from healthcare professionals on the topics of healthcare & equity. Attending 3 or more sessions throughout the year makes students eligible to apply for the HOPE Institute, a weeklong summer camp that provides students the opportunity to learn about various healthcare careers. At this camp, students get hands-on experience with projects relating to the various healthcare careers and a chance to speak with educators and professionals in each field.
